Sessions & Prices

I offer sessions both from my therapy room in Apperley Bridge on the outskirts of Bradford and Leeds, or online via zoom.

The number of sessions you will need does greatly differ from each person. Generally for stress and anxiety it could be between 8-12 session sometimes less or more depending on the individual and situation.

Specific phobias are four sessions (this will be accessed and advised upon at the initial consultation)

Stop smoking session, is an intense one-off extended session.

Prices:

Initial Consultation is offered at a reduced rate of £50 (up to to 45-50 minute session)

This is an exploration and assessment session for us both - me to obtain more details and background from you and understand your aims and goals, for you get a more in depth view of how SF Hypnotherapy can work for you. At the end of this session I will give a suggestion of how many sessions you may need to get to the goals you desire and  give you my MP3 download (FOC worth £20) to support the therapeutic work we’ll do.

Subsequent sessions @ £70 per session (50 – 60 minute session) or Discount block bookings: 6 sessions @ £390

These sessions will always focus on the positives supporting you with the tools and steps to help you achieve your goals using a blend psychotherapy and hypnosis.

Stop smoking/vaping session @ £180 up to 2 hour in length

I will take you through a questionnaire to understand your background why you want to stop what has and hasn’t worked in the past.

Then using the latest neuroscience and scientific research we can train your brain to become a non-smoker, finishing with relaxation trance to underpin this new neural pathway in your subconscious mind.

It is most beneficial to commence weekly session initially which can be prolonged in duration occurrence as clients progress in confidence.
